My role as president is to send a clear signal on a repeated basis about the academic and spiritual mission of BYU. I will work to provide whatever leadership I can to the university community as we strive to fulfill this mission. I will also work to garner the resources needed so individuals can reach their full potential. The idea is to see the most lives blessed in the most effective and efficient way."
