To honor people you love by making a donation in memoriam:

• Select any Donate Online link on this website.
• Enter a dollar amount next to the appropriate fund.
• Check the "monthly" option if desired. 
• Check the box that says "Yes, this is an honor or memorial gift." The form will expand.
• Complete the form.
• If you include the name and address of someone to be notified of the gift on the form (typically the person you are honoring) a notification will be sent by mail or email. 

In Memoriam: Honoring the deceased

To make a donation "In memoriam" in honor of the deceased, follow the steps outined above. 

Publish a "shortcut" web address in a program, newspaper, or online:

To place an "in memoriam"  or a similar link in the newspaper or online (such as Facebook event, or family website or blog), for an anniversary or other special event you can contact a member of our web team at 801-422-4444 or Email Us, You can also use a shortcut weblink we have created for various categories provided below.  The web address should be typed as seen, without adding www or http://.
