The following giving priorities have been established under Church direction by the Board of Trustees and administration of Brigham Young University–Idaho:

Trustees/President's Fund

The Trustees/President's Fund at BYU-Idaho is made up of money that is not ascribed to any specific area of priority, but instead entrusted to the Board of Trustees in concert with the President for allotment as needs arise. Being able to respond effectively to imminent circumstances requires this kind of financial flexibility.

Scholarships & Grants

BYU-Idaho awards scholarships to students who have demonstrated outstanding achievements in academics, leadership, service, talent, or major. Grants-in-aid allow us to meet the needs of students who may not qualify for scholarship awards or require extra support to reach their educational goals.

Pathway Program

Pathway is a distance-learning program from BYU–Idaho. It extends a flexible, low-cost opportunity for Church-sponsored higher education to thousands of students in a growing number of locations around the world. Pathway has soared from three pilot locations in 2009 to more than 85 today from Alaska to South Africa. More than 6,000 students have been touched by a Pathway experience.

Student Legacy Endowment

The Student Legacy Endowment is an Emergency Fund set up to assist students who come into financial distress. Although most students live on a tight budget, some don't even have enough to get by. To help, students across campus are contributing to the Student Legacy Endowment (SLE) by giving whatever they can.
